Tahneyia Williams, a Certified Diabetic Lifestyle Coach at New Kensington CDC

What is your role and what does your average day look like (with and without C4H)?
I am currently a Diabetic Lifestyle Coach at New Kensington CDC. My first Diabetic Prevention Program began on 6/29.
My average day without C4H consists of preparing for DPP sessions and many meetings. My workday with C4H consists of tracking the number of participants, accessing their contact information if needed, and keeping the other organizations I partner with up to date on all my clients.

What is your favorite part about your role?
My favorite part would be helping residents in the community and learning new ways that I can create healthy meals that taste amazing.

How long have you used Connect4Health?
I've been using C4H since September 2023.

How are you currently using the platform?
I use the platform to monitor my program participants.

How has Connect4Health supported your work? Made it easier? Made it harder?
It cuts down on so much paperwork and helps me access my referrals in a convenient location.
