Rodriguez Named by Philadelphia Business Journal as 2025 Diversity in Business Honoree

José Rodriguez, M.S., Senior Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the Health Federation of Philadelphia, was named a 2025 Diversity in Business honoree by the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Each year the Business Journal seeks nominations from the public for its Diversity in Business awards program, which recognizes diverse business leaders in Greater Philadelphia and those championing diversity, equity and inclusion. Nominees are reviewed and selected by the Business Journal’s editorial board.

Each of this year’s 19 honorees are profiled in a special edition of the Business Journal out Feb. 21 and honored at a lunchtime event at the Museum of the American Revolution on Feb. 20. 

Rodriguez joined HFP in 2021, bringing a wealth of experience in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education settings. He is an experienced JDEI trainer, facilitator and coach. He is a primary champion for creating and promoting opportunities for dialogue toward an understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion.
