A team from the Health Federation of Philadelphia — including Natalie Levkovich, CEO; Leslie Lieberman, Senior Director of Training and Organizational Development; and Claire Laskey, Project Manager — were joined by public health colleagues from Temple University and Drexel University during a weeklong trip to Ukraine earlier in April.
As part of the Public Health Systems Recovery and Resilience Ukraine project (PHS R&R), which is funded by the United States Agency for International Development through a cooperative agreement with the nonprofit Pact, the Philadelphia team delivered a 5-day training on the foundations of Public Health Management and Trauma Informed Leadership to 30 managers and leaders from various academic and public sector organizations.
