HFP Contributes to Article in American Journal of Hypertension

A recent article in the American Journal of Hypertension features findings co-authored by Debra McGrath, FNP, MSN, Director of Health Information Technology at the Health Federation of Philadelphia.

The article, “Self-Measured Blood Pressure Telemonitoring Programs – A Pragmatic How-To Guide,” presents a pragmatic guide for implementing self-measured blood pressure telemonitoring in clinical practice and provides a comprehensive list of resources to assist with implementation.

McGrath’s co-authors included Margaret Meador of the National Association of Community Health Centers; Hilary Wall of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; and Raj Padwal of the University of Alberta.
